Welcome to Wellsville Frontier Day, Inc.
We are an inclusive organization dedicated to individuals of all ages who share a passion for horses and equine activities. Established in 1961, we are situated in Northern York County. Each year, we host two rodeos along with a variety of other equine events.

Celebrating 65 Years
For 65 years, Wellsville Frontier Days has celebrated horses, community, tradition, and the enduring spirit of the frontier. Now it's time to celebrate the people who have made it all possible! We invite you to help us bring Western Heritage, Pioneer Spirit, and Frontier Days to life by participating in our 65th Anniversary Heritage Parade. We encourage all participants to embrace the theme with western or pioneer-inspired attire, decorations, and displays. Creativity is encouraged—help us transform Main Street into a celebration of the frontier! To preserve the traditional spirit of the parade, motorized vehicles will not be permitted as parade entries, except to pull floats.
We are looking for: Horseback riders (individuals and groups), Horse-drawn wagons, carts and carriages, Frontier-themed floats and displays, Walking groups and community organizations, 4-H Clubs, FFA Chapters, Scouts, Riding clubs, School organizations, Churches, civic groups, local businesses and anyone who would like to help celebrate our community's western heritage!
Awards will be presented for: Best Themed Mounted Individual or Group, Best Themed Individual or Group on Foot, Best Themed Float or Display, Best Horse-Drawn Vehicle
Following the parade, participants and spectators are invited to continue the celebration at the Wellsville Frontier Days Club Grounds. Join us in the arena as we recognize our award winners, celebrate together, and enjoy an afternoon of Frontier Days hospitality as we thank our community for 65 wonderful years of support.
Already planning for the Farmer's Fair Parade?
Bring your float, wagon, riding group, or display to Wellsville first! Our anniversary parade is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your entry before taking it to the Farmer's Fair two weeks later.

Please arrive at the club grounds no later than 11am. 1621 Lisburn Rd Wellsville, PA. Parade route is Main/Community St .. north to Warrington Way.
